This course is concerned with the long-term direction and performance of the whole organization through effective strategy planning and implementation. It examines organizations from the ‘‘Strategic Management'' perspective of top management and all along the hierarchy. The concepts and skills presented are applicable at all levels of management and to the variety of roles of senior leaders, executives, and managers.
The course focuses on organization's commitment to recruit, hire, retain, and develop the most talented and superior employees available in the job market. The course extends to focus on the manager's role, as opposed to reliance on Human Resources, for the life cycle of an employee within an organization. It integrates concepts with performance management phases and approaches in a productive business context
This course offers a unique combination of in-depth study of career management, counseling and coaching with practical training in career coaching skills. Participant will be able to use effectively the career assessment tools and the different job search and career exploration techniques to develop practical career paths, design and implement career development programs, develop and manage career management resources and integrate the career management function into the HRM System
This course covers valuable insights of assessing candidates’ competencies that represent the language of performance in alignment with the organization’s overall performance, culture and values. The course aims to develop the assessment techniques and tools that examine the candidates’ competencies are articulated by demonstrated behaviors and required outcome. The course develops both the proficiency and understanding of the key skills required in observation and assessment of candidates and running an assessment center successfully.
This course is designed to provide participants with different perspectives on OD and Behavior at the individual, group, and organizational levels of analysis. Course discusses different approaches of Organization Development interventions, along with the examination of the impact of employee behaviors. Participants will learn how to use models to have better organizations insights where they are working in and will also learn how to check areas of development in terms of their research and work experience.
This course develops the skills needed to be an effective external / internal HR consultant. Learn how to define the scope and nature of a consulting relationship, work with clients to diagnose problems and identify the root cause, present findings and recommendations, and determine appropriate solutions. Take a close look at implementing solutions and managing change. It will help understand the types of HR audit and build consensus around human capital measures that support operational goals.
Master of HRM
After successful completion of HRM Diploma and HRBP Diploma, the participant can pursue his/ her final HR Project ad a final phase to earn Master of HRM.
The final project can be one of three types:
➢ Research about a specific Company / Organization
➢ Research about a specific HR topic
➢ Complete an HR Plan
