Assessment Centres

An Assessment Centre is a method that is used to assess potentiality of participants with the purpose of selection in a recruitment process or assessing the strengths and development needs for existing employees for their development and/ or internal promotion, thus assessing their aptitude and performance. Assessment will be tailored upon the agreed Competency Framework; such as;

Psychometric Test

Psychometric tests used as part of participants selection processes
