A Global Institution with International Roots
Victoria University was founded by principal academics from the University of Neuchâtel. Academics from the World Trade Institute in Bern also participated in the University. In 2002, the Swiss Canton of Neuchâtel officially approved “Victoria University”. Victoria University established programs with Harper Adams University College in Shropshire, United Kingdom and Brilliance Business School. Victoria University has an alumni network of thousands of former students.

In the same year, the Singapore Ministry of Education approved the university's Asia Pacific programs. 2004 marked the start of a highly successful cooperation with Peking University’s leading academic faculty in Beijing. In 2009, Victoria University established training programs with Harper Adams University College in Shropshire, United Kingdom. Victoria University has a student body of approximately 500 students and an alumni network of more than 3500 former students.
At present, the school’s architects are all experienced academics. They originate from Switzerland, the Netherlands, Egypt and China. With a wide range of services provided by local government and industry alike, the school’s founders have developed a concept for a business school in the pursuit of international business. VU is an Educational Member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE). In addition, Victoria University is approved and accepted by the UN PRME Steering Committee to participate in the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) initiative. PRME Steering Committee comprises United Nations Global Impact, AACSB, EFMD, AMBA, AAPBS, CEEMAN, and GMAC.
